The crema of my espresso is too thin. What can I do?

As a rule, a thin espresso with little body, a stale, watery taste and without the necessary density is due to badly brewed espresso powder.

Perhaps you have used too little coffee, the grind is too coarse or the coffee is old. It is important to flush between at least 1.01 and 1.35 oz. water before making your espresso. Always use fresh coffee powder by grinding the coffee beans only shortly before making your espresso.
