The Cremina is the perfect hand lever espresso machine with no ifs or buts.

The Cremina works with the tried and tested pre-infusion piston system: When the lever arm is pulled up, a small amount of water is drawn into the piston chamber and flows into the pressed espresso powder to allow it to swell. When the lever is pressed down manually, the hot water is pressed through the espresso powder.
