Kurt Bauer has won the Swiss Barista Championship in 2005. In the same year, he was quite successful in the «World Barista Championships» in Seattle. He is a certified Barista coach (SCAE Level 1, Level 2) and since 2006 Head-Judge for the Swiss Barista Championship.
